About These Terms

Dubicode is a freelance web development service operated by an independent professional based in Lebanon. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide ecommerce development, Shopify store setup, custom web development, and ongoing maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in a project proposal or written agreement.

Project Agreements

For each project, we will provide a clear proposal that includes:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment schedule
• Number of included revisions

Work begins upon mutual agreement and receipt of the initial payment as outlined in the proposal.

Payments

• One-time projects: Typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed.
• Monthly plans: Billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, OMT, or Whish Money. Payment methods will be discussed during the proposal phase.

Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project.
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party tools, themes, plugins, and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on receiving necessary materials (content, images, brand assets, feedback) from you. Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If you cancel a project before work begins, any upfront payment will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel after work has started, payment for completed work is non-refundable.
• Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
